Lanškroun – Penitent (Sinner)

The Lanškroun Sinner or Penitent is a modern sculpture that managed to provoke quite a stormy discussion. It dates from 2016 and depicts a naked man kneeling in front of a stone crucifix at the local church of St. Wenceslas. The sculpture was created as part of the sculpture symposium Hlínafest and its author is the young talented sculptor Matouš Háša (*1992).
