Kyjov (Krásná Lípa) - Chapel of the Coronation and Assumption of the Virgin Mary

The orange Marian chapel by the road is the most important sacred monument of the North Bohemian village of Kyjov. The small stone structure was completed in 1832 and was originally said to have been dedicated to the Ascension of the Lord. The chapel was built with money collected by local parishioners on the site of the 18th-century Passion.
