Kubova Huť - the highest railway station in Bohemia

On July 9, 1900, the railway line connecting Vimperk and Lenora was opened. On this line, a railway station was established in Kubov Huta, which, due to its location at 995 m above sea level, is the highest railway station in Bohemia.
The station is part of line 198 - Strakonice - Čkyně - Vimperk - Kubova Huť - Volary.
