Kronfelzov – defunct graphite quarry

The surroundings of the Old Town, as well as Branná, i.e. the foothills of Králický Sněžník and Jeseníky, were first inhabited to a greater extent by miners or mineral seekers in general. Finally, this is partly evidenced by old names such as Antiqua Goldek or Goldenstein, where the gold at the base of the name is nicely recognizable. But there wasn't that much gold here, so the prospectors had to focus on other raw materials as well.
