Krnov-castle
The largest city of the Bruntál district and the seat of a former independent principality, it is located in northern Moravia near the border with Poland at the confluence of the rivers Opava and Opavice. This corresponds to the number of cultural and historical monuments in the city and its surroundings. In 1221, Krnov belonged to the Opava princes, from whom he obtained some city rights.
