Our goal is to learn about folk architecture, which is presented by the wooden Church of St. Václav in Kozojedy, which is located approximately 15 km south of Jičín.
What are we going for? 
The first mention of a wooden church in Kozojedy dates from 1368. The current building of the church is documented in 1689, it was built from oak planks, which are boards 20-25 cm thick, approx. 50 cm wide and up to 10 meters long.…
