Ski resort Kouty nad Desnou
The Kouty ski resort offers comfortable, safe skiing and the longest slope in Moravia. The new blue slope has a length of 3050 m with an elevation gain of 520 m, and will especially delight families with children. The other two two-kilometer pistes are rugged, with a variable slope and an elevation gain of over 500 m. The remaining two slopes have an elevation gain of 100 m. With a width of over 50 m, the pistes offer enough space for a wide carving track. The total length of the slopes of 11,5 km guarantees the Kouty area first place among Moravian ski resorts.
Children and beginners have access to a conveyor belt in the area of the Heliaschool Ski School. For cross-country skiers, prepared cross-country tracks are provided at an altitude of 1100 – 1300 m, with the possibility of visiting the upper reservoir of Dlouhé Stráně. In the two freeride zones, freeride skiers and snowboarders will find something to do.
At the top station of the cable car, there is a pleasant refreshment area with seating and toilets. Apartments Kouty offer accommodation for 180 people right on the premises.
