A small village located northwest of Český Dub and southwest of Liberec.
It is first mentioned in 1399 as the property of the lords of Kotle. One hundred years later, the Teutonic Knights in Český Dub owned the village. Perhaps there was a fortress here, but no written records confirm this. In Kotli we also find a chapel from 1871 and a memorable group of lime trees, some of which are up to 400 years old.
