Church of Saint Mary Magdalene in Karlovy Vary

A Gothic church from the second half of the 14th century was originally located in the center of Karlovy Vary, in the immediate vicinity of Vřídl, where the Church of St. Mary Magdalene stands today. At the beginning of the 18th century, however, its size ceased to satisfy, and so in 1732 the emperor Charles VI. thousand ducats to build a new church.
