The local church was already a parish in the 14th century. In 1369, Tas became the parish priest here, after the deceased priest Adam. In 1391, the parish priest Tas (Tasso) from Babice was transferred to the parish in Rožďalovice in Lebanon, and on March 4 of the same year, the brothers Michlík and Matěj from Babice installed Jakub, a priest from Lhota.
