Church of St. Matej in Bechyn

Church of St. Matěj can be found in Bechyn on TGMasaryka Square. The church was originally built in the Gothic style at the turn of the 13th and 14th centuries, but extensive reconstructions, especially in the years 1613 to 1615 and 1740 to 1743, gave it a Baroque appearance. Entrance to the church is only possible during religious services, and in the summer months the tower with the Lookout is accessible on weekends.
