Church of St. Augustin in Brno

Church of St. Augustine on Náměstí Míru in Brno was built by the local Augustinian order, based in the monastery in Staré Brno, on the XNUMXth anniversary of the death of this important church teacher and founder of the order.
It was located in the newly emerging villa, the so-called Úřednická (today Masaryk) quarter, and the establishment of the rectory was connected with its construction. A new parish was established here by separating it from the one in Starobrno.
