When wandering through the Bohemian Paradise, we cannot miss one of the most beautiful, largest and best-preserved Kost castles. It was founded by Peter of Vartenberk in the 14th century. It stands on a separate sandstone rock protected on three sides by the Turnovský, Plakánek and Svatoprokopský valleys.
