The castle stands in the middle of the town of Klobouky near Brno, which is located in Břeclavsk in the South Moravian region. The castle is a three-winged storey building with pavilions in the courtyard. Behind the castle is a large English park with the Chapel of St. Barbara. Visitors can see remarkable archaeological and ethnographic collections from the region at the castle.
