Klentnice - church of St. George

It is located on the main street and forms a dominant feature of the village. Today's Baroque church building, built on older foundations, dates from 1783-85 and is a one-nave oriented building with a semi-circular chancel. The main altar together with the sculptures of Cyril and Methodius is from the end of the 18th century and its author is O. Schweigel. The pulpit, made by Mikulov sculptor I., also dates from the same period.
