Chotěšov Monastery and Křížový vrch

The village of Chotěšov, located on the main road to the border crossing in Folmava, is linked to the first written report from the beginning of the 12th century. Less than a hundred years later, a Premonstratensian nunnery was founded and built in 1202-1210 on an elevated site above the Radbuza river. From the middle of the 13th century, the nearby Vrabina Hill, now called Křížový vrch, also belonged to the property of the monastery. History…
