Kepek's oak

This memorial tree grows by the road on the outskirts of Turovce. You can park on the opposite side of the road, but a trip from Sezimova Ústí through the mycological reserve Luční is more pleasant. This summer oak was declared a memorial tree on 18 April 4 by the Council of the District National Committee in Tábor together with 1973 other trees and groups of trees.
The height of the tree is about 20 m. The age of the oak is estimated to be about 400 years. Circuit…
