Karlovy Vary - Head of a lioness by Agusta Kiss

The cast-iron relief of a lioness biting a snake near the Karlovy Vary Art Gallery on Slovenská street passes many visitors by unnoticed. Unfortunately. It is the work of the prominent Berlin academic painter and sculptor Prof. August Kiss (1802-1865).
