A chapel about 1,5 km north of Boskovice in the middle of the fields of Boskovická brázdy in a place called Chlaustné or Krajovánky. The chapel is known locally as U Otylky. The chapel was built in 1751 above the well, which is remembered much earlier as a spring with healing water. 
In 1965, the chapel was declared a cultural monument and, together with its surroundings, it is also registered as an important landscape element.…
