The thirty-two-meter-long and nine-and-a-half-meter-wide bridge over the Ticha Orlica was built in LP 1840. A year later, the bridge was decorated with statues of two saints. The first one was St. John of Nepomuck, which was logical, but why is St. Florian also standing on it? Probably to have enough water on hand for his poteny when the fire is announced...
