A stone cross with a bell tower in Staré Nechanice

The original belfry was consecrated together with the stone cross, which was made in 1884 (somewhere the year 1887 is mentioned) by the sculptor and stonemason Jan Bydžovský. Both buildings were built at municipal expense. Before the establishment of the stone cross and bell tower, there was a statue of the Virgin Mary at this place, which is now erected in front of house No. 3.
