Kačice (Kladno district) - small monuments

Kačice (j. no. feminine gender = ta Kačice) is a village in the west of the Kladno district. It is located on the road from Slané to Lán, it is about 11 km from the center of Kladno. The first written mention of Kačica dates back to 1318, when it was owned by Vladyka Zdeněk of Kačica. A few decades later - in 1437 - the duck fortress is also mentioned. But the much earlier settlement of this place is evidenced by finds of graves from the Slavic settlement...
