The massive Renaissance castle stands above the left bank of the Berounka river in the village of Kaceřov in the Pilsen region. The castle is a two-story, four-wing building surrounded by a walled moat. A French garden with a statue of Neptune on a fountain adjoins the castle from the west. The main facade is decorated with sgraffito. The inner courtyard has richly articulated arcades.
