You can find a set of allegorical sculptures by Jan Václav Prchal in Jihlava in the courtyard of the town hall. You can go to the courtyard either from Masaryk square through the municipality building or you can go around the entire tract through Hluboka street.
In the nicely landscaped yard, you can see a group of sculptures under crowns of deciduous trees. The author completed the sculptures in 1775, which is why we refer to them as late baroque before the onset of classicism. They are carved from…
