Originally Gothic, it complemented the defense system of the city. In 1593, it was increased to 50 m and equipped with an onion mine, a clock and a rare cymbal of the bell ringer Jan Beneš from Moravská Třebová. The bells were hung here in 1709. Only the largest of them, which weighs 1680 kg, has survived to this day, the others were taken away and used for military purposes.
