Na Turold cave

The cave is located on the northern edge of Mikulov in an abandoned quarry. The parking lot is by the road approximately 100 m from the ticket office. The cave itself is about 300 m further. The cave was discovered during stone mining in 1951. It is 1650 meters long with an elevation of 47 m. The air temperature here ranges from 7,1 to 9,1 °C. Compared to other caves, the air humidity here is only between 74 and 84%.…
