Jelení jlíbek - nature reserve

This is a close-to-nature forest 120 to 200 years old with massive beech and oak stands. It is located on the steep side of a small side valley opening into the Brno Reservoir, west of the summit elevation of Chochola, in the Podkomorské lesy nature park. The 11,99 ha area was declared a nature reserve in 1979.
An educational trail of the same name leads around the site.
