Genoa - regional museum

The Regional Museum in Genoa was inaugurated in September 2001, when Genoa celebrated 750 years since its founding. You can find it on the square in the Town Hall building, where the school used to be located.
The main credit for its creation goes to Mr. Jiří Rataj, a history teacher for many years. He acquired the exhibits from local residents, from witnesses of the old days and their descendants. Mr. Rataj carefully studied the history of the local region,…
