Janousov – founder of the village under the shelter

Considering how small a village Janousov is, it appears quite cozy and tidy to the casual visitor. The village was never overpopulated, however, in the second half of the 19th century, the number of its inhabitants hovered above 350. Of course, the ebb began with the development of industry in the immediate vicinity, and the post-war removal of the German population also accelerated this.
