Jablunkov – a fountain with a statue of the Immaculate Virgin Mary

The Jablunkovská fountain with the Immaculate statue can be found stylishly on the local Mariánské náměstí. Today we can call this monument a dominant feature of the square, but it is not a completely original work. Although the sandstone column with the statue of the Virgin Mary dates from 1755, it was only secondaryly connected to the stone fountain during the II. world war, i.e. just before the middle of the last century.
