The council of elders decided to build the choir in March 1923. At that time, its members were: Josef Hrdina, Jan Beyr, Jaroslav Metelka, Josef Lán, Václav Horák, V. Dvořák, J. Houser, J. Dytrych, Rudolf Vít, Josef Prouza, Rudolf Vlček and František Pokora.
