The educational trail along the Jedovnické stream valley from the Dýmák pond will lead us to the area of ​​the former sawmill and an interesting technical monument after a short kilometer of walking. That high stone wall with a mysterious opening, standing right next to the path, is the last remnant of the old smelter.
It was created thanks to a huge windstorm that swept through the Karst landscape in 1739 and left a huge amount of wood in the fields.…
