Hranice (in Moravia) – Francis Joseph I.

Francis Joseph I, Emperor of Austria, King of Hungary, King of Lombardy and Venice, Dalmatian, Croatian, Slavonian, also Czech (although not crowned, which is why the Czechs did not like him) ruled for almost 70 years, so quite a few monuments or memorials were created during his lifetime (of course, portraits that decorated state offices and school buildings).
After 1918, however, there was iconoclasm, i.e. the removal of reminders...
