Hranice - Forest School Arboretum
The Forestry School in Hranice was founded in 1896. Along with the school, an arboretum with an area of 2ha was also established on the surrounding land. The garden architect F. Thomayr participated in the creation of the garden, who also used methods from the Botanical Garden near Schönbrunn. Some plantings, mainly exotic trees, were imported from the Vienna park.
