Hrádek near Úštěk

The extensive torso of the castle located on a sandstone block 3 km from Úštěk. It is dominated by a three-story tower, later modified in a romantic style. The name Helfenburk is also used for the castle. The original castle, very small in area, was built here by Jan of Klinštejn, a member of the extensive family of the Ronovci, who acquired the region as a fief from Jan of Luxemburg.
