LANDEK CASTLE
ON THE TOP OF LANDEK
there is a castle of the same name. Lanek Castle was probably founded by Prince Přemysl Otakar II in the 13th century to protect the border with the Principality of Opole. it was demolished during the Czecho-Hungarian wars and was never rebuilt.
We can get here either by the green road from the bridge over the Oder in Koblov or by the green road from the other side through the Mining Museum, where a separate path leads through the forest.
