Mount Říp - a symbol of history
Hora Říp belongs to several of the most important places and permanent symbols of our national history. The legend about the arrival of our ancestors in the country relates to it, and every Orthodox Czech should climb this mountain at least once in his life. At the top stands the Romanesque rotunda of St. George and St. Vojtěch, which was created by restoring the older chapel in 1126 to commemorate the victory of the Czech prince Soběslav I over the troops...
