Hlúčín - wall about history
The city of Hlučín has a rich and eventful history. It was probably founded during the reign of King Přemysl Otakar II, but the first surviving mention dates back to 1303. It was occupied by the Swedes during the Thirty Years' War, belonged to Prussia, there were several fires, but it has many buildings that are cultural monuments. In the courtyard of the castle there is a wall made of red burnt bricks, where some events of the city are recorded.
