The late Gothic castle stands in the southern part of the monument zone in Hlučín in the Opava region in the Moravian-Silesian region. The castle is a one-story, three-wing building with a courtyard open to the south towards the former walls. The eastern part of the castle was decorated with arcades in the 16th century, which were walled up as a result of several reconstructions in the course of the following centuries.
