Havlíčkův Brod - Havlíčkovo náměstí

The historical core of Havlíčkova Brod is made up of a trapezoidal square with a number of ancient, mostly Baroque, burgher houses and adjacent streets. The houses on the square have multi-story basements that reach deep into the square and the streets. These cellars were originally connected and formed an escape route when the city was attacked.
