Parish and Pilgrimage Church of the Nativity of the Virgin Mary in Štíp

Today's part of the city of Zlín, the village of Štípa, has its beginnings in 1391. The construction of the pilgrim church was started in the years 1616-1620. The church is built in the Baroque style. Work on the church was interrupted by the 30-year war, and it was not completed until 1762. In the fire that affected the church in 1857, the tower and three bells were damaged. Two chapels and two sacristies are attached to the church.
