Originally, these places were owned by the ck erar. The sale of the construction site to Václav Draslar was approved at a meeting of the city council on March 16, 1904, on the proposal of the fortress department. The construction itself began that same year, the property was approved in 1905 and received its number after the demolished building that was part of the fortifications.
