Oak on Moravské náměstí

This memorial tree grows not far from the fountain on Moravské náměstí in Brno. This summer oak was declared a memorial tree on 27/6/1985 by the National Committee of the City of Brno, together with two other trees. The reason for its announcement was the fact that it is the strongest tree in the park and it is an important solitaire. Even then, its value was calculated at more than 600.000 CZK.
