K. Vary Theatre
The construction of the building of the Karlovy Vary Theater was begun in October 1884 and already in May 1886 held a spectacular opening show. The interior is dominated and the greatest treasures of the theater include the curtain by Gustav Klimt. The opening ceremony of the theater after the general reconstruction in 1993-99, carried out according to the original plans of Viennese architects, took place in June 1999.
