Chrudim - the statue of Kalliope
The statue of the muse of epic poetry and science, Kalliopé, which originally stood above the facade of the National Theater until the fire in 1881 and which was damaged by the fire and was purchased by the Chrudim Civic Savings Bank for 220 gold, is located in the city park near the financial office building. The author of the 3 m high and 1,8 t sculpture is ak. sculptor Bohuslav Schnirch from Prague.
