Chrudim - city walls

The historic core of the city is largely surrounded by reconstructed city walls with a system of former bastions. However, they lack the city gates, which were demolished in the past. Only small passages in the walls, called forts, have survived. On the northern side it is Pardubická and on the southern side it is Dark, called the Mouse hole.
