Chotěboř – historic center, castle, brewery

So we have really left Moravia and are heading to Pilsen. As is our custom, we don't go direct. We still have some plans on the way home. We know that there is a brewery in Chotěbor, but also that the city center is a heritage zone. It's a long detour, so we're going there. Chotěboř is located in the Czech part of the Czech-Moravian Highlands, approximately 14 km north of the district town of Havlíčkův Brod.
