Chornice - church of St. Lawrence

Already in the 14th century, a fortress with a massive stone tower stood on the site of today's church, which fulfilled not only the administrative but also the defensive function of the village. Later, the fortress ceased to be the seat of the estate and gradually disappeared. The tower was modified in 1578 and in 1701 it became the basis for the construction of a new church.
