I often travel by train via the Český Těšín railway station for nature experiences and sights. The first train arrived in Těšín in 1869, it was still within Austria-Hungary. After World War I, Těšín was divided into the Czech and Polish parts, and it is divided into two parts by the river Olše. The Czech part lies on the left west bank.
