Český Krumlov and Domažlická gate

Český Krumlov originally had nine entrance gates that were part of the city's fortifications. Over time, however, they lost their importance or prevented further construction and were therefore demolished. The only one left was Budějovická. It was built by Petr Vok from Rožmberk at the turn of the 16th and 17th centuries.
